Wow. Can you believe it's November already? This really is my favorite time of year for many reasons. I love colder weather and the holidays, but when early November comes around, I know I only have one month until my birthday. My birthday is so important to me, as I like to reflect a lot, and I feel like that day is the perfect time to look back on the past year and acknowledge growth, mistakes, and milestones. So aside from being really excited for this outfit, I am also pumped about my birthday this year. I'll be 26 on December 3, and I am doing something a little bit different than my typical birthday celebration. The past 12 months have been trying and challenging as I have had to grow so much internally and really do some soul searching. I ended a three year relationship, I got a promotion at work, I started my modeling career, my blog reached new heights, and emotionally, I had some high highs and some low lows. So I'll be spending my birthday weekend in New York City! I'll be attending a live seminar with Author of Pussy: Reclaiming your Feminine Power Regena Thomashauer. I LOVED reading this book, and it really helped me learn how to listen. So, when I found out that Regena was hosting a seminar on my actual birthday, I knew I had to be there. But anyways, shall we get on to this adorable outfit?

This entire look is from Fashion to Figure, with the exception of the shoes and the necklace, which are both from Torrid! You all know how much I love bell sleeves and anything off of the shoulder, so it should come as no surprise that I had to have to have this Uptown Knit Blouse—it comes in white, too! As soon as I saw this Blair Plaid Hi-Lo Skirt, I was obsessed. I don't really have anything like it in my closet, but I knew it would be a cool addition. I shot this look around the last week of October, so I was definitely channeling some Hocus Locus / Halloween vibes! This look was shot by Elena Cuellar, and she did an amazing job!

SIZING INFO: I am wearing a size 2 in both the uptown knit blouse and Blair plaid hi-lo skirt, which is my usual size, and they both fit perfectly!
